Retirement Isn't an ending.
It's an Edit.

If you have spent decades building a successful career, but have no idea what comes next or how to figure it out, you are not alone.

Retirement is supposed to be the reward for all your hard work..... right?

But no one prepares you for:

- The lack of structure
- The loss of identity
- The empty calendar

- The sense of unease

Retirement isn't hard because you failed.
It's hard because no one taught you how to design it.

What readers have to say

"Andrea's guidance was transformative and empowering. She helped me clearly prioritize and approach challenges with renewed confidence.  I feel better equipped to navigate the journey ahead of me"
- Senior Sales Leader

"Most people spend decades planning their finances for retirement and almost no time thinking about what they will actually do with their day. The Next Edit fills that gap in a way that's smart, practical, and genuinely enjoyable to read. The book is built around exercises that prompt you to take stock of your skills, your curiosity, and what you actually want your life to look like-and the format works. Rather than vague encouragement, you get real tools for thinking through a transition that can feel overwhelming even when it's something you've been looking forward to. The exercises don't feel like homework; they feel like good conversations with someone who has thought about this a lot more than you have. And that someone-the author-brings a sharp wit and a clarity of thought that makes the whole thing a pleasure. Her humor keeps the pages turning, but her insights are the reason you'll want to come back to this book more than once. If you are approaching retirement, already in it, or helping someone you love navigate it, this is the book to hand them".
