Group Coaching
Find Your People. Figure Out What's Next

Some things are easier to work through together.  Building your next chapter is one of them.

The transition away from work, can feel isolating - especially when people around you don't quite understand what you're going through.  Group coaching creates a space where high-achieving professionals can do the honest, sometimes uncomfortable work of figuring out what comes next alongside others who get it.

Two ways to join

1.  You bring the group.  I run it.

Already have a cohort in mind - colleagues, fellow executives, friends, a book group, navigating similar transitions?  I'll facilitate the journey using my book "Your Next Edit" as the guide.  Together we work through the framework with structured exercises, coaching conversations and shared experiences with accountability built in.  You focus on the work, I handle the process and logistics.

2.  Join one of mine

If you'd rather step into a new group of vetted peers, I periodically open cohorts to individuals.  You'll bring your story and others bring theirs.  Together we leverage each others experiences to move you forward faster.

What the Group Experience Covers

  • Using the framework in "Your Next Edit", each session guides participants through:

  • Clarifying what still fits - and what needs to change

  • Separating who you are from what you've done

  • Designing structure that creates meaning, not just busyness

  • Navigating shifting relationships at home and beyond

  • Building a realistic, intentional plan for what's next

What you get

  • A copy of "Your Next Edit"

  • Small-group sessions facilitated by Andrea

  • A peer cohort of high- achieving processionals in similar transitions

  • Accountability, momentum, and a community that gets it.

Ideal For:

  • High achieving professionals preparing to retire within 1–3 years

  • Those who learn and process better in a community

  • Anyone whose family or friends don't quite understand what they are going through.
